HVAC: We provide a comprehensive maintenance plan for all of your HVAC needs. This includes filters, belts, greasing motors and fans, cleaning condenser coils, and more.
Boilers and Pools: Maintenance can include annual tear-down and cleaning; MN DLI required daily, weekly, and monthly checks; monitoring, hydronic system maintenance, and more
Building Automation: Monitor and troubleshoot HVAC controls through building automation.
General Facility Maintenance: Cleaning roof drains, inspecting building envelope, and inspecting interior spaces.

Doors and Hardware: Repair and replacement of failing or aging doors and hardware.
HVAC: Repairs of common issues with mechanical equipment such as motor replacement, bearings replacement, valve and actuator replacement, controls troubleshooting.
Electrical: Replacement of switches, receptacles, fixtures, and ballasts. We can also conduct troubleshooting of power issues in lighting, power, and mechanical circuits.
Plumbing: Faucet aerator and cartridge replacement, pipe blockages, fixture and valve replacement, and leak repair.
FF&E: Repair of your business equipment, furniture, cubicles, desks, and anything else inside your four walls.

Weekly and Monthly Inspections: Includes checks such as eye washes, emergency lighting and exit signage, fire extinguishers, fire and alarm panel checks, and path of egress.
Annual Inspection Coordination: Assist in securing and coordinating third party annual inspections for fire alarms, sprinkler systems, elevators, RPZs, and ansul systems.
Safety Audits: Conduct a walk-through of your facility to evaluate any safety opportunities. Areas of focus: OSHA requirements, machine guarding, egress, NFPA codes.
